Community Outreach
Rooted in Virginia Beach.
We don't just fly here, we live here. Giving back to the people, families, and organizations that make our community strong is part of who we are.

Hands-on lessons in the science, technology, engineering, and math of flight.

Fly and show off
Of course they fly, then show off their new skills at the end-of-season showcase.
Home to those who serve.
Virginia Beach is home to one of the largest military communities in the country. Supporting our service members, veterans, and Gold Star families isn't a campaign for us, it's a commitment to our neighbors.
Growing leaders, on and off the floor.
Our community starts with our own team. We encourage professional development for every member of our staff, helping them build skills that carry them well beyond the tunnel.
Elevate Your Leadership
Elevate Your Leadership is a workshop focused on leadership and teamwork, built on the same trust, communication, and coaching that make every flight a success.
Bringing people together through the dream of flight.
It's the reason we fly, and the reason we give back. Whether you're a local organization or planning a charity event, we'd love to hear how we can bring our community together.
